Welcome to the Wine, Dine &amp; Donate a winepPairing Dinner experience, hosted by Graft Wine+Cider Bar! Join us on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. with the dinner beginning at 6:00 p.m.This delicious evening will be full of fine wine and gourmet food. Indulge in a specially curated menu with local wine pairings expertly selected by our host and Chef, Orlando Rodriguez. Treat your taste buds to a culinary experience like no other at Graft Wine + Cider Bar.This is a preset menu: <blockquote>1st course: Shrimp Spring Roll (bib lettuce, cabbage, carrots) with Carrot Ginger Sauce | Wine pairing: Bollicine, Damiani</blockquote><blockquote>2nd course: Grilled Marinated Flank Steak with crisp Rosemary Polenta, Cauliflower, Quince Puree, Quince Chutney | Wine pairing: Pinot Noir, Fulkerson</blockquote><blockquote>3rd course: Tres Leche cake with Strawberries, Whipped Cream, Mint | Wine pairing: Iced Cider </blockquote>Chef Orlando will also offer a Vegan option; please be sure to indicate you need this accommodation in the ticket details.Tickets are $125.00 per person (credit card processing fees will be added upon checkout).Tickets are non-refundable but transferrable.
