Yes! Students enrolled in Edge Yoga School may earn hours attending labs. This is the bedrock of our training to ensure you know how to teach a yoga class.

No problem! You may choose to each lessons in person, interactive webinar, or via our online podcasts. This is your chance to personalize your program.

Yes! Since we offer year-round training, we repeat our lessons January through November.

How much is the base tuition?

$1899 includes everything you need to graduate. Students may choose to enhance their experience with ala carte field trips and special events.

How long do I have to finish my program?

You have up to eighteen months, but many students find the want to finish sooner by attending more events.

What is the average time it takes to finish the program?

Most students find they finish in six to eight months, but it depends on how often they attend labs.

What is the required reading?

We ask students rent or purchase the Yamas & Niyamas by Deborah Adele, and Yoga Anatomy by Leslie Kaminoff, third edition.

What will be my training schedule?

Each week, sign up for the labs that work for you. We will work hard on our side to ensure each students receives a personalized mentorship to complete the syllabus.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Our programs are based on small groups, so space is limited. We will do what we can to offer a credit for a different program, or take a break when needed. Connect with Michelle if you have a need during your training.

Do I have to become a teacher to take this program?

No, but many do. This is a perfect time to dive into a season of self-discovery, refine your own personal yoga practice, or begin a new profession.

I took the 200 hour  training before, but don't know how to teach. Should I take it again?

Many have found they enjoyed a less expensive, or completely self-paced program, but don't feel ready to teach. We recommend you take our 300 hour yoga teacher training course and we will make sure you learn to teach.

How do I earn continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance?

Come to our lab! Michelle will help you register your CECs after the workshop is complete. May we suggest taking one of our specialty courses such as Yin Yoga, Sound Meditation, or Chair Yoga to satisfy your continuing education requirements while picking up a new skill with a refresher?
