Wings Under Water Guided Field Trip

Wings Over Water Northwest is an all volunteer, non profit, tax-exempt organization. Our mission is to promote conservation, education and stewardship of the birds and their habitat in the Pacific Northwest as well as encourage ecotourism to support the economy. Wings Over Water, Northwest Birding Festival is one of the ways we provide education, while also providing the opportunity to bring significant economic benefits to this rich and pristine area.  Donations to help support our missions and Festival are most welcome!

Wings Over Water  Birding Festival 2025

Joins us for our 22nd annual  Wings Over Water Northwest Birding Festival 2025, in beautiful Blaine, WA.  Registration now open!

Join wildlife biologist and naturalist, David Drummond to view the diving ducks, birds and other mammals, such as harbor seals, close at hand near the Semiahmoo Dock and Marina. Meet in front of the Semiahmoo Marina Cafe (9540 Semiahmoo Pkwy). Stop in the cafe' for coffee and a snack before the field trip!This is a free event. Space is limited, registration recommended.Please note: this field trip is an extension of David’s Wings Under Water presentation that takes place from 1:00-2:30pm at the Semiahmoo Resort Theater (9565 Semiahmoo Pkwy). Registration is not required for the presentation.Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.
