Welcome to the 2025 i2Coalition Congressional Fly-In!Date: October 8th &amp; 9thLocation: 21 D St SE, Washington, DCAs the Internet infrastructure industry’s premier event, the i2Coalition’s annual Congressional Fly-In is your greatest opportunity to directly engage legislators and policymakers in conversation about the significant impact Internet policy issues have on your business. This year’s Fly-In takes place October 8th and 9th, 2025As this year kicks off a period of challenges for those who build the Internet, we strongly urge i2Coalition members to take advantage of our two days of face-time on Capitol Hill—even if your company is based outside the United States.“This year’s i2Coalition Fly-In is more critical than ever,” says i2Coalition Executive Director Christian Dawson. “With a new administration and Congress in place, we have an unparalleled opportunity to build fresh relationships and educate key decision-makers about the importance of Internet infrastructure.”In 2025, we plan to schedule a series of meetings for October 8th between i2Coalition members and elected representatives on Capitol Hill. Small groups of i2Coalition members will then discuss the policies of highest priority to Internet infrastructure providers—directly with members of Congress and their staff. On October 9th, i2Coalition will host members and special guests at CTA Innovation House for a day of meetings with government officials, capped off with a social event.The i2Coalition Fly-In is a fantastic way for members to collaborate with one another while championing policy issues of importance to the industry—and the Internet—as a whole. Over two days we will initiate, build, and strengthen meaningful working relationships with key policymakers and legislators.

Agenda

i2Coalition members will meet with their elected representatives in their offices. Small groups of i2Coalition members will fan out to discuss—constituents to Congressional members—policies of the highest priority to Internet infrastructure providers. 

October 8th- Capitol Hill Day

i2Coalition will host members at CTA Innovation House for a day of meetings with government officials, capped off with an evening social event. 

October 9th- Internet Leadership Day (CTA Innovation House)
