I have a gift card - how do I register for a class?

Where do I park?

Accepted Answer

There is a large parking lot in the complex  - you may park in any spot unless there is a sign indicating a reserved space. DO NOT PARK in reserved spaces. Please park perpendicular to the back building where Il Laboratorio is located.

Question 3

Is it possible to make menu substitutions for allergies?

Accepted Answer

This classes uses PORK PRODUCTS which are necessary ingredients for the recipes. It is not possible to make substitutions for this class.  Pork is used in both sauces. Allergens used in the class: Dairy, Wheat, Eggs. We have a number of other classes that are vegetarian or vegan.

What is the minimum age for children to participate?

Children 8 and up are welcome with an adult (all children must be registered for the class separately)

What is the cancellation policy

Accepted Answer

Classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice). Rescheduling classes for less than 7 days notice only available if we can fill your spot from the waitlist. Email: hello@cookinglabnc.com

Can I bring wine to drink?

You may BYOB and drink during the pasta tasting at the end of the class. No drinking is allowed during the pasta making portion of the class.

How much do we get to eat?

Accepted Answer

Typically, we have leftovers and there is plenty of pasta to eat. We usually eat around 90 minutes into the class so plan accordingly.

Classes are NOT held at the pasta shop. We have a new pasta making class kitchen - Il Laboratorio - located at 3101 Guess Rd, Durham, NC 27705
