I have a gift card - how do I register for a class?

Where do I park?

There is a large parking lot in the complex  - you may park in any spot unless there is a sign indicating a reserved space. DO NOT PARK in reserved spaces. Please park perpendicular to the back building where Il Laboratorio is located.

Is it possible to make menu substitutions for allergies?

No substitutions are available for this class. We will be using dairy, wheat, eggs & meat in this class.

Question 4

What is the minimum age for children to participate?

Children 12 and up are welcome with an adult (all children must be registered for the class separately). Children under 18 are NOT allowed to participate in the frying portion of the class - there is still plenty to make by hand and learn but they will not be allowed to do any of the cooking.

What is the cancellation policy

Classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice). Rescheduling classes for less than 7 days notice only available if we can fill your spot from the waitlist.  Email: hello@cooknglabnc.com

Can I bring wine or beer to drink?

You may BYOB and drink at the end of the class. No drinking is allowed during the teaching portion of the class.
