Reiki Level 1 Shoden (healing for Self) is an initiation into Reiki and activates the flow of Reiki in your hands. Reiki is a sacred Japanese healing art for balancing, healing and harmonizing all aspects of the person -- physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.Reiki can transform your life as is stimulates personal and spiritual growth, encourages healing changes in lifestyle, increases inspiration and intuition, and brings about realizations of our deeper spiritual nature, which can be powerful and life-changing.The focus of Level 1 is opening the energy channels and connecting to Reiki for self-healing. It's imperative that you spend time connecting with Reiki energy and performing self-treatments before moving on to Reiki Level 2 Okuden where you learn how to share Reiki with others.Reiki truly changed my life and expedited my spiritual journey and growth. Since Reiki has had such a profound impact on my life, I am truly honored and grateful to pass this sacred healing art to others. Most teachers and trainings only include one style of Reiki.Class size is limited to 5 students only! Training takes place in my private healing space in North Laguna Beach. Address will be provided upon payment.
