Community hikes are a time to get together with old friends and make new ones. It’s a time to unplug from our devices, breathe in the fresh air and connect with the world around us. Join us for these free, organized monthly hikes around San Diego.

Saturday, March 8 | 9:30 AM San Dieguito County Park (Global Day of Unplugging!) Nature Unplugged Club Event—San Diego (March) | Nature Unplugged Club hikes and events are a time to get together with old friends and make new ones. It’s a time to unplug from our devices, breathe in the fresh air and connect with the world around us. We’re committed to creating a community that values time outside, together—and that’s why we host these free, organized monthly hikes and events around San Diego. While these hikes are offered at no cost, we do require registration. Your registration lets us know you're coming so that we can look for you at the trailhead. In advance of the hike, we'll also send you an email with helpful information including things like directions, parking tips, the weather outlook and what to bring. <h3>Global Day of Unplugging!</h3>Join us for a family friendly morning of unplugged nature time at <a href="https://www.sdparks.org/content/sdparks/en/park-pages/SanDieguito.html" title="https://www.sdparks.org/content/sdparks/en/park-pages/SanDieguito.html" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">San Dieguito County Park</a>! This special community event will be in observance of The <a href="https://www.unplugcollaborative.org/celebrate-gdu-2023" title="https://www.unplugcollaborative.org/celebrate-gdu-2023" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Global Day of Unplugging</a>. We will start things off with a short guided nature hike in the park (approx. 1 mile) followed by a morning full of unplugged play/games and fun for the whole family! WHEN 9:30 am - 12:00 pm | Saturday, March 8 WHERE 15966 El Camino Real, Solana Beach, CA 92075 NOTE: We'll meet at the park's lower entrance. There's free parking off El Camino Real, and paid parking inside the park.
