I will be offering a Reiki Level 2 course and Attunement on Monday 17th November 2025, 10 - 5pm at Kingston Blount Village Hall, Bakers Piece, OX39 4SW, near Chinnor.
It is for anyone who is interested in building upon the foundation learned in Level 1.
Students will learn how to use advanced Reiki symbols to direct energy for specific needs, including emotional and mental healing. This level enables practitioners to send Reiki energy to someone who is not physically present, known as distant healing.
Completing Level 2 allows individuals to start practicing Reiki on clients, offering professional Reiki treatments.
The attunement will be passed during a sacred ritual which will raise your vibration and activate the advanced Reiki symbols.
You will leave with a Reiki Level 2 Certification and Manual.

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning “Universal Life Force Energy” (also known as ‘chi’ in Chinese or ‘prana’ in Sanskrit). Translated literally it means (REI) life force (KI)energy.
There are many benefits to receiving Reiki. Reiki helps to bring the mind, body and spirit into balance. It clears on an emotional, energetic and physical level and enables deep-seated issues to be brought up to the surface for healing.
Once attuned, the Reiki practitioner becomes a channel for Reiki life force energy, allowing this energy to flow through them so that their own energy is preserved. The process of carrying out a Reiki treatment is to simply lay your hands on a person, open the channels and allow the energy to flow.
It is advisable to abstain from alcohol and recreational drugs 2 - 3 days before the ceremony. Eat clean wholefoods the day before to clear your system as much as possible. It is great to meditate daily, even for a short while the week before, to help you become a conduit of this energy.
The attunement is a sacred ceremony that lasts about 20 - 30 mins, wereby the Reiki master performs a ritual that attunes the recipient to the Reiki Symbols and enables them to become a clear channel and conduit of reiki energy. The recipient needs to do nothing other than relax and receive.
Everyone's experience of being attuned is unique, some people have detailed visions, messages, sensations and meet spirit guides, while others may simply fall asleep.
Some people may feel the reiki energy immediately flowing through them. There is a 21 day cleansing process that happens after the attunement as the body detoxifies and integrates the new frequencies and it is advisable to give yourself a reiki healing treatment daily during this time.
