Welcome! The Arts &amp; Healing Resiliency Center honors and practices the caring art of human connection. Our “Follow Your Arts Heart" monthly workshops support mental health well-being by nurturing artistic expression and resilience in a caring community. We are proud to announce our June 1st special event, “Let's Play: Incorporating Play Into Your Creative Project,” faciliated by singer-songwriter and so much more, Caley Rose.About this workshop: Often in art, it’s easiest to express our sadness—but joy, silliness, and laughter are powerful sources of inspiration, too. In this uplifting virtual workshop, we’ll tap into the power of play to unlock creativity. Through engaging, interactive exercises, we’ll reconnect with our inner child, boost our mental health, and spark new creative ideas—no pressure, just play.No experience required, beginners are welcome. The Arts and Healing Resiliency Center is an outreach of the Hold On Campaign for Suicide Prevention. It offers a supportive community to nurture arts expression (writing, drawing, music), an opportunity for safe release of thoughts and feelings, and helps strengthen resiliency. Please note it is not a therapy group nor a substitute for mental health treatment.
