Question 1

How much do tickets cost, and are children required to have a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are $75 per person ($35 for children ages 3-11 with a children’s meal). Tickets are required for all attendees, including the graduating seniors.

Is there financial assistance available?

Question 3

Can children younger than 3 attend the event?

Accepted Answer

Children under the age of 3 may attend but must sit in a lap.  There are no high chairs available at the venue.  Strollers are strongly discouraged due to limited space.

Question 4

Why is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase?

Accepted Answer

To ensure all graduating seniors and two guests can be accommodated at the event, families may purchase up to 3 total tickets (including for the student) between now and March 6. On March 7, additional tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Question 5

What is the attire for the event?

The Senior Banquet is a dressy social affair, but it is not a formal occasion. Attire suitable for dining out at a fancy restaurant would be appreciated.  You choose the degree of fancy that best suits you.

Question 6

Can students attend alone?

Accepted Answer

Yes, graduating seniors  are welcome and encouraged to attend the banquet even if their family and/or friends cannot attend.   A paid ticket is required to attend.  Transportation from IMSA to the banquet will be provided by IMSA.

Question 7

How do graduating seniors travel to the venue?

Accepted Answer

Those seniors attending with their famillies should travel to/from the event venue with their families.  Transportation will be provided by IMSA only for those students attending the event without guests.

Question 8

Why do we need to submit photos?

Accepted Answer

A slideshow of the seniors will run at the event - it is so much fun for the guests to see a progression of childhood photos of the graduates. Send 6 JPEG photos: #1 Baby, #2 Elementary, #3 Middle School, #4 Early High School, #5 Family,  #6 Senior Year.  Email 2025photos@imsapac.org by MARCH 23.

Question 9

We can't attend the banquet, should we still send photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  Please send in photos of your student even if you're not able to attend the event.  We will make sure all parents/guardians/students receive a link to the slideshow after the banquet to share with friends and family.

Question 10

I can no longer attend the event, can I receive a refund?

Accepted Answer

All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.

Question 11

May we request specific seating?

Accepted Answer

You are guaranteed to sit with the guests in your party. Seating will be assigned based on Residence Hall. Special seating requests beyond accessibliity needs will not be factored into seating assignments. Table numbers will be communicated at event check-in.
