Your generous support plays a crucial role in sustaining our programming, which includes our world-class guides. If you have binoculars, please bring them along, and we do have a limited number of spare binoculars available for use. Space can be limited, so registration is mandatory to ensure that everyone has a joyous experience in nature. See you outside!

Sound can be a soothing, calming element. Our busy lives sometimes lend little time for us to stop and listen to the beautiful symphony that is Mother Nature. This meditative experience incorporates nature sounds in a sound bath led by <a href="https://holisticdante.com/" title="https://holisticdante.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dante Baker</a> using a variety of instruments to create an immersive practice of sound designed to bring deep states of relaxation.What to bring / Other Info<ul><li>Comfortable clothes. No shoes on studio floor.</li><li>Yoga / exercise mat. The studio also has mats and props.</li><li>Water.</li><li>There is free parking at the studio and in the neighborhood if the lot is full.</li><li>There is a restroom in the building.</li></ul>
