FREE one hour workout with you and your closest friend/family member/roommate! 



You are invited to another round of a women only class here at RVA Performance Training!!!This class is for all levels, led by women for women!We have 3 times available, including an online option!<ul><li>9am - Online</li><li>10am and 10:30am - In Person at RVA Performance Training</li></ul>*Due to facility precautions, each participant will have their own designated workout space. However, if you&#x27;re participating with someone that you&#x27;re already in close contact with (roommate, sister, mom, etc), we can accommodate up to two people per square!*During our hour together, you will have the opportunity to prove to yourself what a strong and powerful human you are! You deserve to take the hour to show up for this.What to expect:- 1 hour workout including a warm up + cool down- CrossFit style WOD that will leave you sweaty + feeling even more of a bad ass than usual- Completely accessible movements with modifications available for all levels. #YouCanDoIt- An opportunity to meet (at a safe distance) many women living in RVA.
