Where is Sitar Arts Center located?

The Center is located in the Adams Morgan neighborhood, one block off of 16th Street and just past the Harris Teeter Market. Our address is: 1700 Kalorama Road,NW, Suite 101Washington, DC 20009

Is street parking available?

Accepted Answer

Street parking is available but is zoned for 2-hour parking. The block directly in front of the Center is 2-hour metered parking from 9 am-10 pm Mon.-Sat. The blocks adjacent to the Center are zoned for unmetered 2-hour parking from 7 am-8:30 p.m. Mon.-Fri., unless you have  a Zone 1 parking permit.

Is paid parking available?

Paid parking is available at Colonial Parking, 2328 Champlain St, NW, three blocks from the Center. For more information, contact Colonial Parking at (202) 295-8100.

Question 4

Is Sitar Arts Center accessible by Metro or bus?

Accepted Answer

The closet Metro stations to the Center are Dupont Circle, Woodley Park, U Street  and Columbia Heights (about 20 min walks). Bus lines near the Center include 42, 43, L2,  90, 96, S2, S4 and the Woodley Park-Adams Morgan Circulator.
