Absolutely not! Any and ALL yoga experience is welcome. Any + ALL bodies are welcome. This practice will be all levels and anyone is welcome to join.

Do I need my own mat?

Yes! Please bring your own yoga mat.

Is there free parking?

There is not venue parking, but free street parking on Michigan Ave on Sundays. If you are driving, there is easy metered street parking on Michigan Avenue (free on Sundays) or a few Spot Hero’s within a couple of blocks.
The closest paid lot is 2222 S Indiana Ave
