Are all seats reserved?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All seats are sold as reserved seating. The Performing Arts Center boasts 771 individual, comfortable, seats and 8 handicap seating areas (marked in blue on auditorium map) where wheelchairs can roll into for the event. Please allow for seats around the wheelchair spaces for family members.

Question 2

Can I pay on site with cash?  When?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  We can accept cash at the door on the days of the show. Doors to the lobby will open 1 hour before curtain for patrons to buy tickets, HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE "PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE" will be ADDED to the price of ANY TICKETS SOLD AT THE DOOR. THIS IS A CHANGE!

Are the tickets refundable?

Accepted Answer

Yes, minus fees.  Refunds, minus the service fee and processing fee, will be refunded back to the original payment form only, and ONLY UP TO 7 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE PERFORMANCE (e.g. a Saturday ticket will only be refunded up until the Saturday a week before the performance).

Are Eventbrite ticket fees refundable?

Accepted Answer

The Eventbrite fees are nonrefundable, so we aren't able to  return that fee to the ticket buyer when a refund is processed. There are 2 exceptions. We will refund the Eventbrite fees when an event is canceled or when the buyer was charged multiple times in error and requests a refund within 7 days.

Question 5

Who pays the "Service Fee"  and what is this?

Accepted Answer

The Service fee, $1.79 + 3. 7% of the ticket price, helps keep the Eventbrite platform running and keeps its cost down for us to use. This fee is  "absorbed" in the price you see as the ticket price!

Question 6

Who pays the "Payment Processing Fee" and what is this?

Accepted Answer

This 2.9% fee per order, offsets the cost of credit card transactions. It's "absorbed" in ticket prices when bought ONLINE, however, for tickets bought AT THE DOOR, "to meet payment processing partner requirements, the Payment Processing Fee can't be passed on." THIS IS A CHANGE FROM PREVIOUS YEARS!

Question 7

Are Concessions sold?

Accepted Answer

Since food and beverages are NOT allowed inside our auditorium, we will not be selling concessions at this event. We ask that you do not bring any beverage or food into the auditorium. Water fountains are available in the lobby.

Question 8

Are there “roll in” spaces available for those patrons in wheelchairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Tinora’s PAC has 8 spaces for wheelchairs to simply roll into place and are marked in a dark blue on our seat map. The lighter blue seats next to those seats have no armrests so there is easy maneuverability between the spaces.

Question 9

Is handicapped parking available?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! There are reserved handicapped spaces on both the North and South sides of the Performing Arts Center. Please make sure any vehicle using these spaces are clearly marked. The PAC is easily accessed by having driveways close to the entrance doors!
