The Grateful Way Health Center and Wellness Retreat

Do you find it difficult to stay healthy during the holidays? Would you like to learn healthy alternatives to traditional holiday foods? 

This class is taught by Rene Oswald and is the first of our holiday series. Learn how to make these sweet treats without added sugar. They are also vegan and gluten free! When you sign up for the class you will get a link to the zoom call. We will have more zoom calls with holiday-inspired recipes over the next few weeks, so "Like" our Grateful Way Facebook page and check back soon. See you in class! Here's a grocery list so you can have the ingredients on hand and follow along during class (or just watch and learn if that's more your thing). -Chai Holiday Smoothie- one thai coconut or coconut cream concentrate, raw pumpkin, almonds, sesame seeds, dates, vanilla powder, fresh ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, white pepper, cloves, sea salt, flax seed, bananasChocolate Snowballs- sunflower seeds, buckwheat groats, sesame seeds, cacao powder or cocoa powder, apples, raisins, dates, vanilla powder or vanilla extract, shredded coconutYou will also need a high-speed blender and a food processor. (Substitutions can be made! Just ask!)This class will be taught on October 14th at 2 PM -EASTERN TIME
