I am the antithesis of the phrase “people do not change” and that has fueled my passion and commitment to the way I coach clients.  I have been so angry, scared and alone that I didn’t even like myself let alone practice self love.My approach straddles the line of tough love and pure compassion as I hold firm to values like honesty, integrity, love, connection and family.  I lean heavily toward curiosity, inquiry, and invitation as I hold space for client wisdom to come through in sessions that can be integrated into life.I see my clients as the highest versions of themselves and treat them as such.  I’ve walked this path with mentors twice my age, decades younger, masters of energy healing, QiGong, and Western Religion.  A good day for me includes meaningful interaction with the barista or stranger I meet while out and about experiencing life.I love to sing in my car, the shower and alone in my home, open eye meditation is one of my most treasured gifts…I’ve learned in my now close to 5 decades on this earth that no one judges me as harshly as I judge myself and the more I lighten up and embody my gifts the more I get to shine!I fully embrace transcendence with energy healing after spending many of my years white knuckling my way through behavioral change (mindset work) taking two steps forward and 10 steps back, where I couldn’t get past old patterns so grateful that is a thing of the past.This path of discovery of embodiemnet and self love has led me to my natural state of being, joyful, liberated and I get to wake up every day and choose it!Learn more atwww.bobbirenee.com

Cacao Ceremonies are a sacred space where we celebrate the ancient plant medicine Cacao which has been used for centuries to open the heart and aid us in getting into our  “feels”.  In our current culture we have adapted to moving through life in a mental focused frenzy.  These ceremonies can help to balance out the mental with the emotional and bring us back to a state of harmony and inner peace. A space much more conducive to living an intentional, purposeful, life. The setting is peaceful and serene allowing for ease and flow, the perfect combination for expanding on or arriving at an intention you’d like to embody in your life.   What you can expectFirst we Bless the Cacao acknowledging and honoring it’s sacred nature, spirit and the traditional role this plant medicine has played in native ceremonies all over the world.Opening we start with a short grounding meditation focusing on the breath, to encourage connection to your inner landscape and the group.Then my favorite part, Drinking the Cacao, we slowly drink the cacao, focusing on its taste, texture, and the sensation of consuming it. This is done mindfully, in silence, to fully appreciate the experience.Followed by a Meditation and Inner Journey, after drinking the cacao, you are invited to lie down or sit comfortably while being guided through a meditation letting the cacao aid in opening the heart and facilitate deep introspection, emotional release, and spiritual insight.Expression and Sharing following the mediation, you are invited to express or share anything about your experience. This can be done through verbal sharing, journaling, or creative expression like drawing or movement.  This step is helpful for integrating the insights gained during the ceremony.Finally, we Close the circle concluding with a closing ritual, for grounding in your experience and incorporating the lessons, insights and learnings into your everyday life.<h3>Benefits and Effects</h3>Heart Opening: Cacao is known for its heart-opening properties, helping you connect with your emotions, especially unconditional love and compassion.Emotional Release: during the ceremony you can expect the release of stored emotions, and a safe space for you to process and let go of what no longer serves you.Enhanced Connection: it’s common to feel a deeper connection to yourself, others, and the divine or spiritual realm.Insight and Clarity with a guided mediation and a cup of cacao you get to illuminate and expand on  your life’s path, your relationships, and your personal challenges.Physical benefits can be a sense of euphoria, increased energy, and relaxation, due to the theobromine and other compounds naturally occurring in this plant medicine. In a cacao ceremony you have the joy of drinking delicious sacred plant medicine that invites an open heart, personal growth, healing, and spiritual connection.
