With Rachel Jackson LMT, CYI &amp; Certified Level 2 Medicinal Aromatherapist.Located at our private residence studio in Camp Verde. The address is given upon registration.Rachel specializes in a style of teaching called Yin Meridian Meditation. In this class you can expect to hold postures for longer periods of time in meditative stillness and deep relaxation. The healing effects of this practice take place deep within the connective tissues, the joints, the energy channels, and the subconscious and emotional body for newfound freedoms in body and mind. This practice will focus on softening deep seated tension and stress patterns related to the spleen/pancreas and stomach. In the season of Late Summer we are tending to the Earth element within and our emotional relationship with receiving the fruits of our labor, reward, recognition and that which nourishes us. The physical Spleen/Pancreas and Stomach are the organs associated with this element and they are concerned with digestion, our ability to absorb nutrients, expel waste and process sugars. The Earth element holds our Intellect and ability to empathize. This immersive class invites the body to release deep seated patterns of anxiety, stress or disharmony through gentle asana, stillness, breath, and awareness. Aromatherapy will be added to the practice to enhance this internal process and experience. Class will close with a short neck/scalp massage while integrating the benefits of your practice in a deep and restful Savasana. Seasonal tea will be served after class as a traditional offering.Register below to join in on this deeply nourishing &amp; restorative experience!
