Yes. The CAE is for everyone! All are welcome!

Yes. Coffee and a breakfast bar are included in the registration fee.

What are the vegan lunch choices included with the registration cost?

A vegan boxed lunch from VSpot is included with registration. Chooses between the following options: Option 1 Tofu Bahn Mi and Option 2: GF Apple Salad. More complete descriptions of the vegan boxed lunches are in the FAQs.

Yes. There is free parking in the BCCC campus.

What is the dress code?

Please dress comfortably. The room temperature can vary wildly so please dress in layers to accommodate cold and warm.

Please describe Vegan Lunch Option 1 Tofu Bahn Mi

Accepted Answer

The Tofu Bahn Mi is tofu salad made with veganaise and chili-garlic aioli on a roll with pickled carrots, pickled daikon, fresh cucumber, and cilantro. Served with a side of potato salad made with veganaise. Fresh jalapeño slices served on the side.

Please describe Vegan and Gluten Free Lunch Option 2 Apple Salad

Accepted Answer

The Apple Salad is a bed of arugula with red onion, cherry tomatoes, apple slices, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, and vegan feta cheese with a side of cinnamon cider dressing and a slice of GF corn bread.
