We have curated a collective of proven teachers, facilitators, and spiritual directors to help guide your learning in mindfulness, contemplation, art and action. Click here to join today.</a><h2>Enneagram for Spiritual Formation: Clarity for Chaotic Times</h2>Domain: Mapping ToolsThis six week formation experience will feel like a retreat, a chance to build friendships and to build personal habits. These are chaotic times! How might we move out of our habituated, reactive states? The Enneagram is much more than a personality test to help me describe to others how I act. It can be a tool or shorthand to experience deeper belonging with others and maintain resilience in the most chaotic of times. Our course, team facilitated by practitioners with more than 40 collective years of experience, will walk participants through developing an inner observer, befriending their shadow habits, expanding empathy for others, and integrating our inner work with collective change in our world. Parents, activists, politically fatigued, managers, and faith leaders would all benefit from and bring a lot to this group experience. You don’t have to be an expert at the Enneagram, but participants should come knowing their type- if you do not, let us know (email niki@incyhive.org) and a member of the team can meet with you ahead of time. Our weekly time will include a practice, large and small group discussions, and assigned readings.
