Our monthly teen meet-up aims to foster self-awareness and support authentic expression and connection. Participants will learn holistic tools to manage stress and anxiety while enhancing intuition, confidence, and emotional intelligence.Target Audience: Teens aged 16-21 (younger teens close in age who are mature enough are welcome).Schedule: Monthly, usually held on the last Friday of the month.Time: 6-9:30pmCost: $20Location: Inside Lake Nona Performace Club at the Community Hub on the first floor.
