When conditions allow. Available for Lutsen Resort guests, consider time and distance for guests under 12. Tours are generally 2-2.5 miles, and we’re out for up to 2.5 hours. Snowshoe tours require a moderate level of fitness. Don’t forget appropriate clothing for the season's weather and conditions, camera, and water. Our location is surrounded by Northern Minnesota’s beautiful landscapes; this includes pristine lakes, endless forests, and miles upon miles of hiking trails. Join a Lutsen Resort Guide for a group snowshoe tour along a section or spur on the Superior Hiking Trail or at a nearby State Park. Destinations include overlooks, snow covered forests, and frozen falls along the North Shore.

A $10/per person no-show fee will be added to a guests’ reservation, as we often have waitlists and want to accommodate for this popular activity. Reservations must be canceled 24 hours in advance.
