Wear what makes you comfortable! Most people opt for a bathing suit or lightweight athletic wear (think biker shorts and sports bra)

We provide small towels for your convenience, but if you feeling like you want something plush especially after the last round of cold (if you dare:) then feel free to bring your own (some people bring a cozy bathrobe so really whatever works)

Will there be a place to change?

Yes! We provide a changing area so you can transition in and out of your sauna session with ease.

Do I need to bring anything?

We recommend bringing a water bottle, and an extra layer for after your session. Hydration is key, so we also encourage bringing electrolytes.

What if I’ve never done sauna before?

No worries! Our team is there to guide you through the process, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. We’ll help you ease into the heat and show you the best way to cool down.

Is there a cold plunge?

YES our events always feature a cold plunge for those who want to experience the benefits of contrast therapy. We highly recommend this!

Is this safe for everyone?

Sauna use is generally safe, (we welcome all ages) but if you have any medical conditions (such as heart issues, pregnancy, or very low blood pressure), check with your doctor before participating.

Yes! Cafe Yen will have a special menu for sauna night

What happens if it rains or snows?

Our sauna is built for all weather conditions! Rain or shine, the heat is always on. but If its blizzarding, we will notify participants of any schedule changes.
