Come learn about the practical considerations and resources available to upgrade to electric appliances in your home at this final workshop in the <a href="https://mncee.org/electrify-everything-mn#event" title="https://mncee.org/electrify-everything-mn#event" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">three part home electrification series</a> sponsored by the City of Rochester in partnership with the Destination Medical Center.This workshop will include:<ul><li>What you need to know about different types, sizing, and wiring needs of electric appliances like heat pump water heaters, induction stoves, electric dryers</li></ul><ul><li>When to consider upgrading your electrical panel or wiring</li></ul><ul><li>Questions to ask contractors and retailers when getting quotes</li></ul><ul><li>Overview of financial incentives and examples of combining them to bring down project costs</li></ul>Homeowners and renters are welcome, and light dinner will be provided.
