About this event

Watch the virtual reading of LOOK FOR ME, the musical about healing from trauma, with members of the creative team, performers, and friends. We'll be watching the whole show over one evening together on twoseven.xyz.

Zina was in a car accident. Abby was raped. Eric went to war. All of them are having nightmares and can't seem to focus. Zina is going to leave her family in order to save them. Abby finds relief in marijuana and cocaine. Eric is not sure he wants to keep living. They're ruining their closest and most important relationships with their anger, substance use, and other PTSD symptoms—but those are the connections they need most in order to heal. Is healing even possible?

Featuring Natalie Venetia Belcon, Christopher Shyer, Luana Psaros, Adrian Lopez, David Hughey, Debra Cardona, and Angela Gómez, with Aaron Alcaraz, Amber Ardolino, Joel Briel, Rosalind Brown, Jerusha Cavazos, Victor Chan, Roderick Donté Davis, Emma Degerstedt, Fernell Hogan, Kristina Lodestro, Eric Nelsen, and Kay Trinidad.

Directed by Miriam Eusebio, book and lyrics by Liz Schiller, music and music direction by Ben Wilkins, with additional lyrics by Open Mike Eagle and additional music by Samwise Aaron and Erick Schroder.
