The Western Connecticut Council of Governments (WestCOG) is pleased to host a virtual information session for property owners in our region to discuss the following:1. Flood Mitigation Grant Programs2. Grant Eligibility Criteria3. WestCOG Assistance Services About WestCOG:WestCOG is one of nine regional Councils of Governments in the State and serves the Western Connecticut Planning Region, encompassing18 municipalities.
