STEM YES! 2026 Summer Program | Session 1: Science/Healthcare

DirectEmployers Institute’s (DEI) Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics Youth Enhancement Summer Program (STEM YES!) is a comprehensive summer experience consisting of one-week session for Central Indiana students in grades 7th–12th who are interested in exploring STEM and business careers in a work-based environment.

Each session is intentionally designed to build competencies in teamwork, business planning, presentation skills, social etiquette, and college preparation. Through hands-on learning and direct industry exposure, students strengthen their technical abilities while developing the confidence and awareness needed to make informed decisions about their future.

STEM YES! aligns with Indiana’s updated Graduation Pathways requirements, ensuring students gain meaningful, real-world experiences that support:
