This immersive experience will guide you through gentle sound healing, journaling and intentional conversation in a safe and welcoming space. 🌿 What to Expect: ✨ A soothing sound bath to relax your mind and body ✨ Guided journaling prompts for self-reflection ✨ Heartfelt conversation to connect and share (optional) Come as you are—whether you need rest, release or inspiration. Bring a journal, a yoga mat or blanket and an open heart.
