This training is geared toward tenants, community members, and housing providers alike! We will cover some of the rights and responsibilities - as indicated by the Fair Housing Act - of landlords and property managers as well as those of renters and homeowners.

This online training will cover the Fair Housing Act, the 7 protected classes, the jurisdictional elements of a fair housing complaint, examples of discriminatory conduct by housing providers,  Fair Housing case law, and additional details about disability as a protected classes!
