Is there an age restriction for this event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is a 21+ event. A valid, physical, government-issued photo ID is required for entry (e.g. driver's license, passport, or military ID). Guests under 21 will be denied entry, and no refunds will be issued. Digital IDs are not accepted.

What time can I enter the event?

Doors open for VIP, Deluxe VIP, & All Table Guests from 8pm onwards (Don't worry if your ticket says 9pm. We list the General Admission time by default on the ticket).  General Admission guests can enter 9pm onwards.

Question 3

What time can I register for the event?

We recommend registering between 5pm - 7pm, especially if you are staying in the hotel so you can get registration out of the way and enjoy your NYE amenities longer. You can register as early as 5pm. However, if you are not staying at the hotel, you can register anytime from 5pm until 11:55pm.

Where is registration located for the event?

There will be signs at the venue directing you to the registration room, where we will scan your ticket and you will receive your event wristband.

Question 5

Can we register for other guests in our party and pick up their wristbands?

Accepted Answer

No, wristbands cannot be picked up on behalf of others even if you are the ticket buyer for all tickets. Each attendee must be physically present with their ID and have their own e-ticket (it’s acceptable if all e-tickets display the buyer’s name).

How many people can be at a reserved VIP table?

The capacity is strictly limited by the package you purchased (e.g. VIP Table for 4 is strictly for 4 people only).

Am I able to add more people to the VIP Table or Table Package I purchased?

Can I upgrade my tickets from GA to VIP/Deluxe or GA/VIP/Deluxe to Table?

Yes, you can upgrade your ticket as long as it is still available. For instructions and availability, please email us.

What is the dress code for the evening?

The dress code is "dress to impress" or upscale/semi-formal attire. Jeans, athletic wear, sneakers, and casual clothing are not permitted. We recommend men in suits and women in cocktail dresses. Overall, we just want people to look nice.

Is there a coat check available?

Yes, a coat check will be available. There will be a minimum fee, typically around $5 per item.

Will there be available seating for us?

General Admission tickets and VIP tickets are standing room only. However, Deluxe VIP Tickets include access to shared seating area within the Ballroom. All Table Packages include reserved seating within the ballroom for the entire night.

How do I book a discounted hotel room?

Please visit the hotel tab of the website: https://www.newyearscountdown.com. We recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible. Hotel room rates will increase as we near the event.

Is there on-site parking available?

Accepted Answer

Hotel has valet parking, but it can get full on holiday events. There are public parking lots near the hotel. We highly recommend using public transportation or ride-sharing services (Uber/Lyft) as street closures are common on NYE. Parking is not included in your event ticket.

Can I go in and out of the event once I have my wristband?

Yes, once you have your event wristband, you can go in/out.

Can we go to smoke after entering the event?

Accepted Answer

Smoking area is outside the hotel. Please step 15 feet away from the door. Must have your wristband on for re-entry. Once you have your event wristband, you can go in/out.
