Your Birth Experience is a unique approach to childbirth education. This class will clarify you and your partner/support person’s communication styles; your expectations, hopes, and values; and the medical options available along with their potential risks and benefits. This is a deeply personal approach to envisioning your birth experience which assists in setting positive expectations for your birth. You will gain an understanding of the anatomy and physiology of childbirth, as well as explore relaxation methods and comfort techniques that aim to prepare you for a healthy, safe, successful birth. (save 10%)*</li></ul>*If you register for all three classes, you will be reimbursed the difference. If you cancel a class, you will be billed for the difference. Only one 10% discount per eligible order. One ticket includes birthing person + partner/support person (optional). Zoom details will be emailed to you about 30 minutes before class starts.We suggest taking this class in your second or third trimester. If the class is sold out, please contact us at info@postmodernchildbirth.com to be added to the waitlist. IF THE INSTRUCTOR HAS TO CANCEL CLASS, make up classes will be scheduled as soon as possible. If you cancel at least a week prior to class, you will be refunded less the costs of the workbook, postage, and EventBrite fees.
