Through peer-led programs and services, MHA empowers individuals and families to thrive in their communities of choice. MHA envisions a future where mental wellbeing is prioritized, stigma is eliminated, and everyone has access to the resources and support they need. Guided by values of knowledge, empowerment, empathy, and hope, MHA is dedicated to fostering an environment where recovery is possible for all.
