What do I wear?

It is best to wear loose comfortable clothing to allow you to rest and enjoy the journey.

Question 2

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, cushions/pillows, blankets, warms socks, anything to help you feel supported and comfortable. Your body temperature will drop as you drop into deep relaxation.

Question 3

What if this is my first Sound Bath?

Accepted Answer

No experience is necessary to join. All you have to do is relax and let me guide you.

Question 4

What if I am late?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts to give you time to settle into the space.
Please note late arrival will not be permitted after 16:00 as this is disruptive to other guests so please make sure you arrive in plenty of time.

Question 5

Are there any exceptions for attendees?

Accepted Answer

It is not recommended to attend sound baths if you have a pacemaker, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have severe mental health conditions, have a history of epilepsy/seizures or have metal plates in the body.
