Outdoor sensory yoga for all levels with Becky Staab, owner of Yoga IN Madison

Webster Woods Nature Preserve

The best way to explore Autumn at Webster Woods is through a sensory all levels yoga practice with Becky Staab, owner of Yoga IN Madison. Come prepared to feel, smell, listen, taste, and see the Fall wonders of this unique Oak Heritage preserve as we stretch and breath to the symphony of crickets and cicadas! No yoga experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, long blanket, or beach towel and some water. This is a socially distanced event. Masks will be required during sign-in, and any time social distancing cannot be maintained. However, we are designing the event to be spread out, and limiting registration to 6 participants, so social distancing once you're on your yoga mats should be quite manageable. Thank you for helping keep everyone healthy! This event is part of our fall events series. Check out our events raising funds for conservation (like our Butterfly Photography Workshop, Intro to Nature Journaling, etc.) as well as our free events for families. Details at www.oakheritageconservancy.org/events/We cannot host our Annual Dinner (our main annual fundraiser) like normal this year, so this event series is helping to fill the fundraising gap! Becky is a member of Oak Heritage, and she is donating her time and expertise, so the funds we raise from this event go directly to protecting nature in southeast Indiana. (You can become a member, too: https://oakheritageconservancy.org/get-involved/join/This event happens rain or shine. No refunds on ticket sales. Our event series is possible because of support from Oak Heritage Conservancy members, as well as our sponsors, including Ameriprise Financial Services Greensburg, Bear Forestry, RBSK Partners PC, and Friendship State Bank.Photo by Aaron Colussi.
