Check in begins at 6:30 and the dinner begins a little after 7pm. Four courses of elevated small plate cuisine and a dessert will be served along with a beer paired to each course. Chef Paul Nimens and Tyler Mangin (Icewind Brewing) will be there to share their thoughts and a few stories.
