No experience needed. This is designed for first timers and regulars alike. Just come as you are.

What should I bring?

Bring anything that helps you get comfortable, like water, cozy layers, and an eye mask (optional).

We provide: yoga mats, blankets, and pillows.

What should I expect during the session?

You will rest comfortably while the bowls are played. Many people experience a meditative state, emotional softening, or simply deep rest. Everyone’s experience is different.

Is this event donation based?

Yes. This is a donation based offering, and Eventbrite requires a minimum contribution of $1 to register.

Yes. The space is facilitated with a trauma informed approach, with an emphasis on choice, comfort, and nervous system safety.

What if I arrive late?

We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you can settle in. If you expect to arrive late, we kindly ask that you skip entering once the sound bath has begun, so we can avoid disrupting the group.

We typically begin a couple minutes after 10:30 am.
