What if I don't have any experience in art?

Art Therapy is open to all levels of art, no experience is needed.

Question 2

Am I able to leave the workshop early?

Accepted Answer

You do not have to stay for the entire 2-hours of the workshop. You are able to begin your art making at the workshop and complete it on your own.

Question 3

Should I arrive exactly at the workshops start time?

Accepted Answer

It is best to arrive no later than 15 mins. after the start time to take full advantage of the group and the creative process, but if you have to come later that is okay.

Question 4

Is this a child friendly workshop?

Accepted Answer

The workshop is designed for attendees to navigate the art space independently with occasional assistance from the art therapist. If you are considering bringing  a child please make sure that they can work independently or that you are willing to assist them with their art as well as your own.
