Should I bring a pillow for the restorative yoga positions?

Yes, please bring a pillow with you.

Do I need to bring blankets with me for the restorative yoga?

Please bring 2 small soft blankets with you for the yoga positions. You can also bring a blanket to cover yourself up.

Should I wear yoga clothes or can I wear comfortable clothes?

You can wear what you will be most comfortable during the class.
