BAKANAL DE AFRIQUE: MI SOON COME 2020Transportation x Urbanity x Sociopolitical Context x ArtThe theme &#x27;Mi Soon Come&#x27; explores modes of transportation in urban cultures and its intersections with culture, class and citizenship.100+ artists and creatives repping various urban locales all over the Afro Globe will be presented as part of BdA Festival online throughout the month of November 2020. Online releases, events, and activities, will be activated via several platforms and the BdA exclusive website portal with featured artist work. It will also feature live ‘on-the-ground’ social-distanced events in Oakland and San Francisco, CA, and engagement on social media platforms such as Youtube, FB, Instagram, WhatsApp and everywhere we imagine.ALL ACCESS PASS: The festival pass provides access to all 15 festival events with additional perks including inclusion in our Donor/Supporter Circle and being the first to hear about our new/upcoming projects.Passes begin at $50+. Through original and curated arts &amp; event production, popular arts education and cultural engagement, we ignite our communities to make meaningful connections, be inspired, and live vibrantly. Since 2005, we’ve created more visibility and opportunities for creatives of African descent. We uplift emerging talent through productions, workshops, incubation fellowships, mentorship, resource mapping and cultural engagement. We envision a Black-led, self-determined, and vibrant arts and culture ecosystem.
