<h3>Gabby Redfern</h3>Group Content Services Director; SkyLeadership Award

Gabby Redfern is global media operations leader with extensive international experience in technology, production and operations. She has been heavily involved in launching new products and services, transformation, restructuring and large-scale project delivery across all aspects of the media industry.Currently Group Director, Content Services at Sky, Gabby has also worked at BBC Studios, Discovery and Turner Broadcasting. She was one of the founding members of the Women in Cable Technology UK chapter and acts as a mentor for Rise &amp; Google’s Power for Partners Programme.

<h3>Nina Walsh</h3>Global Leader, Industry BD, Media &amp; Entertainment, Games and Sports; AWSFuturist Award

Nina Walsh is the Global Leader of Industry Business Development for Media &amp; Entertainment, Games, and Sports (MEGS) at AWS. With over 20 years of experience spanning broadcast, radio, sports, and content production, she joined AWS in 2020 to lead M&amp;E strategy for the Asia Pacific &amp; Japan region, later expanding her role globally. Previously, she held senior leadership positions in business operations, strategy, and technology, driving large-scale digital transformation for Tier 1 studios across the US, Canada, and Australia. An advocate for diversity, she mentors and supports women in media and tech. Nina holds an MBA from the University of Sydney.

<h3>Swati Karkun Sen</h3>Senior Vice President, Product &amp; Strategy; NBCU News GroupFuturist Award

Swati Karkun Sen is the Senior Vice President of Product &amp; Strategy for NBCU News Group, overseeing strategy, product vision, technology, and global initiatives across NBC News, MSNBC, and CNBC. A transformational leader, she has driven enterprise-wide media strategy, technology, and operational efficiencies in a dynamic global media landscape. Previously, as VP of Strategic Initiatives, she led restructuring efforts, AI-driven workflow enhancements, and major infrastructure projects. Swati began her career at GE before joining NBC News in 2007. She holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and is an active mentor for WICT’s New York Chapter.

<h3>Jacqueline (Jacky) Voss</h3>Executive Director, Strategy &amp; Innovation, Managed Technology; Riedel Communications GMBHFuturist Award

Jacqueline Voss is a distinguished technology leader with a strong foundation in computing and media innovation. After studying in Cologne and gaining experience in German television, Jacqueline joined Riedel in 2009, advancing into key strategic roles. A tenure in IT security reinforced a commitment to media and live events, leading to a return to Riedel. Gaining global recognition for pioneering Red Bull Stratos' communications, Jacky has since driven innovation in Formula 1 and professional sports. Now Executive Director of Strategy &amp; Innovation, Jacqueline leads high-performance solutions, M&amp;A initiatives, and private 5G integration, transforming media production and live event technology.

<h3>Carys Hughes</h3>Principal Engineer, Video Presentation &amp; PQ Display Engineering; SkyWomen to Watch Award

Carys Hughes is a Principal Engineer in Sky’s Display Engineering team, specializing in picture quality for Sky Glass TV. With a decade at Sky, she has contributed to content engineering, workflow design, compression quality evaluation, and HDR implementation for UK On Demand and Live Sports services. A Salford University Media Technology graduate, she is a former RTS Thames Valley Young Technologist and an active SMPTE UK board member, currently serving as Education Director. Passionate about fostering new talent in TV and cinema engineering, she champions industry engagement through initiatives like SMPTE UK’s Young Innovators events.

<h3>Catherine Koutsaris</h3>Product Manager; Matrox VideoWomen to Watch Award

Catherine Koutsaris is a Product Manager at Matrox Video, specializing in IP-based KVM Extender solutions that enhance remote operations, security, and flexibility. She will soon transition into a new role as Product Marketing Manager, driving innovation and market positioning for Matrox Video’s cutting-edge solutions. With a background in mechanical engineering from McGill University, Ms. Koutsaris blends technical expertise with business strategy to advance video technologies. She actively engages in industry discussions, webinars, and events, advocating for secure video routing in mission-critical environments. A passionate advocate for women in technology, she fosters collaboration and empowers women in traditionally male-dominated fields.
