<h2>Love Peace Harmony Empowerment Celebration for Mental Health Awareness Day</h2><h3>Join us in Bengali on Saturday, Oct 10th for a Love Peace Harmony Empowerment Celebration Meditation for International Mental Health Awareness Day with host, Richee Kamaal and special guests. </h3><h3>Richee Kamaal is a Love Peace Harmony Ambassador and Bangladeshi Psychology Student in Toronto. She has led Love Peace Harmony Meditations for hundreds of students at the University of Toronto and shares her personal Mental Health experiences to inspire others. </h3>

<h3><em><strong>Why Bangladesh? Why Now?</strong></em></h3><h3>A mental health study using a Bangla version of the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS-21) reported anxiety and depression at 34% and stress at 60%. </h3><h3>Those experiencing mental and emotional health issues are often stigmatized and suffer in silence. Young people are increasingly affected by depression, anxiety, hopelessness and isolation.</h3><h3>There is an immediate need for greater public health education and compassionate health services, in Bangladesh and around the world, that include holistic healing and self-empowerment approaches. </h3><h3><em><strong>You are enough. You matter. You are loved. We are here to support you. </strong></em></h3><h3>In these times of uncertainty and social isolation, it is very important for us to be empowered with tools that we can count on for self-healing and rejuvenation, and to have access to a supportive and safe space. This can be a powerful first step in your wellness and rejuvenation journey.</h3>
