(White, Green or Blue).About this EventThis fully online, interactive course will allow you to stay in the safety, convenience and privacy of your home, while receiving the life-changing somatic lessons of the Nia Blue Belt Training.TRAINING DETAILS:This 16-week training will start January 13, 2021. One 2-hour LIVE session will be held via ZOOM each week. Sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 12 pm to 2:00 pm CDT. Each week you will receive additional homework and activities to deepen your understanding of the concepts and principles presented that you will complete between sessions.**If you can not make the listed times the sessions will be recorded for you to view at anytime during the Training. While the White Belt curriculum focuses entirely on awareness of physical sensation, Blue Belt applies these skills to explore internal sensations as perceived through – but distinct from – physical sensations in the body.Blue Belt Principle #1: The Joy of Being in Relationship, integrates the sensation of Joy with the awareness that Joy is something outside the self, which we can invite into our physical experience.
