Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”” John 8:12No one wants to walk in the darkness but sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck in it. We will discover how to live in the light of peace, joy and abundance that Jesus has designed for us. Breakout Sessions: Family Freedom – Michelle LaffertyOur hearts continually press in on feelings of guilt when trying to control our families and coming up short. Jesus wants to set us free from our need to control, and release our guilt, so we can fully be His daughters. Through that freedom comes redemption for ourselves and restoration in our families. Burdened by My Blessings – Veronica RathbunChildren are a gift from the Lord, they are a reward from Him. Why are so many mothers feeling burned down and burdened by what God calls a blessing? How can it be possible for a blessing to feel so burdensome? As a mother of 8 children ages 0-20, Veronica has struggled in the tension of burden versus blessing and shares what she has learned to overcome the stress and anxiety of these chapters of motherhood. From conception and birth, adolescence and teenage years, to children who are adults, learn to see the blessings and the joys at each stage of motherhood, as God intended them to be. Depressed to Delivered - Annie WalkerTrusting God through depression and challenging times means holding on to the belief that God is with you and loves you deeply. When you feel your darkest emotions, surrendering your pain and anxieties to Him can guide you through the struggles. Knowing that he is faithful, despite not always feeling his presence, helps to find strength in his promises, even when your mind tells you otherwise.
