Black White Green (BWG) Business Solutionswas founded in 2018 byDr. Janice Gassam Asarewith the initial purpose of helping organizations and institutions attract, develop, and retain employees from racialized backgrounds.BWG stands for "black, white, green" which was derived from the idea that diversity is not about black or white but green.By focusing on the most marginalized, all employees will be benefit. We are past the point where businesses need to understand the "business case" for diversity.Any company that fails to prioritize the needs of its employees, especially those from marginalized communities, will not be sustainable.

The Diversity Dinner Dialogue is an informal event where discussions on diversity and inclusion-related issues take place.

Join the virtual Diversity Dinner Dialogue on Thursday, October 8th, 2020. This event will be hosted by<a href="http://www.drjanicegassam.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Janice Z. Gassam</a><a href="https://www.shaktitraining.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"></a> Ph.D. and Justin Smith. Janice Gassam, Ph.D is the founder of <a href="http://www.bwgbusinesssolutions.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">BWG Business Solutions</a>, a consultancy designed to help companies create more anti-racist, equitable and inclusive spaces. She is also a business professor, a writer and a speaker. During this dialogue we will explore how anti-blackness shows up in the media as well as how anti-blackness and white savior-ism interact to shape our perceptions.
