Alpha Online - For Seattle Community (Oct 1)

At theConsider Project,we believe everyone should have the opportunity to consider big ideas. It is a basic human right — a right that is often taken for granted by those who possess it freely yet seldom engage in it. At the same time, a large percentage of the world lacks this opportunity to freely consider due to a need to prioritize survival. Since our mission is to encourage big consideration around the world for the flourishing ofALLpeople, we admit that it is no longer enough to simply think and talk amongst ourselves. Considering is not only for us nor is it simply about us.This is why at everyConsider Projectevent we "charge" a donation. These donations do not cover event costs (these are underwritten by theKER Foundation), but are a means to pass on with pleasure the privilege to consider. The lack of basic freedom from slavery, trafficking, hunger, thirst, poverty, and illiteracy is a barrier to meaningful opportunities of consideration. Every dollar raised atConsider Projectevents go directly to organizations working for freedom in one of these areas.Ourorganizing convictionis this: Our consideration of big ideas should never be isolated from our consideration of others. While our events bring people together to consider big ideas, they also raise awareness and resources to help others freely consider so that one day all people, in all places, for all time can consider freely.

This  free10-week community event has 10 unique sessions exploring 10 big questions of life through the lens of faith (See 2 videos below)
