Join NYSOTA for a virtual 5k to support occupational therapy. Walk, run, or roll a 5K at your own pace anytime  between October 19 - 25.

<p>The New York State Occupational Therapy Association (NYSOTA) is hosting a virtual 5K for occupational therapy. Grab friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors. Walk, run, or roll around your house, through your neighborhood, in your favorite park, or on your favorite path or trail. Participate at your own pace, and time it yourself.</p><ul><li>Complete the 3.1 mile run, walk, or roll any time between October 19 - 25.</li><li>Use your favorite fitness app to record your time and route.</li><li>Upload your pictures to Instagram, Facebook, or email.</li><li>Email your completion time.</li><li>Prizes will be awarded for fastest male, fastest female, most creative outfit and most scenic route.
