Life can be overwhelming and paralyzing but there is H.O.P.E. Join us &amp; experience the love of God who IS with us at all times!

You're warmly invited to join our small group, dedicated to healing the wounds of your heart—whether emotional, spiritual, or soulful. If you've experienced hopelessness, sadness, unexplained anger, overwhelm, or unprocessed grief from any source, you're welcome here. Our group, led by Certified facilitators in Bible-based trauma healing, will provide a safe space for participants to explore the Word of God, express creativity through art, journal, lament, and most importantly, share and be heard in small group discussions.Learning Objectives:<ul><li>Gain insight into the Biblical perspective on suffering.</li><li>Understand trauma and its impacts.</li><li>Identify and process personal trauma or losses.</li><li>Alleviate emotional burdens.</li><li>Achieve a sense of freedom, reconnection, and readiness to move forward.</li></ul>Enrollment is capped at 12 participants. Sessions will be conducted via ZoomDates and Times:<ul><li>Thursdays, January 30th, Feb 6th, 13th &amp; 20th 6:45-9:15pm EST</li><li>Saturdays, Feb 1st, 8th &amp; 15th 9:00am-11:30am EST</li></ul>Intermittent break times will be provided throughout each of the sessions.Each participant must be able to commit as each session builds upon the previous session. The group is confidential and will be closed once it begins. Participants will receive an opportunity to become certified if they desire by attending a Logistics Equipping.Please contact us if you have additional questions at info@fullofhopeforlife.com.
