Can I bring my children?

Accepted Answer

Creek Dinners are 21+ only. We will have a Mother's Day event at the creek and children will be welcome to attend. Check eventbrite for tickets.

Question 2

I have a dietary restriction or food allergy, can you accomodate?

We are happy to accomodate guests who may have a dietary restriction or allergy. Please reach out to bamfoodscatering@gmail.com

Question 3

I cannot attend the date that I purchased tickets for..can I have a refund?

Accepted Answer

We do not issue refunds. If we have seating available, we may be able to move your tickets to an alternate date, however this is not guaranteed. If you are unable to attend after purchasing tickets, we recommend offering your tickets to friends or family to enjoy!

Question 4

Can I buy tickets as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Creek dinner tickets make an excellent gift for clients, friends and family. If you are buying tickets as a gift, please let us know so that we have the correct name(s) on our guest list.

Question 5

What if it rains?

Accepted Answer

In the event of weather preventing us from executing the event, guests will be offered an alternate date. REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED FOR WEATHER.

Question 6

Since this in an outdoor event, can I bring my Dog?

Accepted Answer

We do not allow pets or children at Dinner in the Creek. Service animals are always welcomed.

Question 7

I'm coming with a group. Can we sit together?

Accepted Answer

We do assigned seating. If you are coming with a group, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to the event so that we can accommodate your request. Seating requests at the event cannot always be honored.
