If I have more than one child do I need more than one ticket?

You will need to purchase a ticket per photo needed (one for individuals and one for sibling photos).

Question 2

Do I need to come in my 30 minute time slot?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please sign up for appropriate time slot and arrive within that period (this is not a 30 minute photo session with just your child). The time slots will help avoid long lines and wait times. Due to capacity restraints, we will not allow photos for anyone arriving outside of their time slot.

What if I need a refund?

Accepted Answer

Tickets can be refunded up to 7 days prior to event date. No refunds for any reason will be issued after that (including sickness).
Refunds must be requested via Eventbrite website. Eventbrite processing fees are non-refundable.

Question 4

What if my child is sick and cannot make it?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, much like a ticket to a movie theatre, the show goes on whether you make it or not. If we can accommodate you at a later date, we will try our best but it will require the purchase of a new ticket.
